A: Absolutely. Call or email ahead of time and let us know what time and day you are looking to sign the lease and one of us will make time to attend the agreement signing process.

Q: Are there any rebates that would come my way?
A: Many apartments offer incentives to new tenants to entice them to choose their complex. If these incentives are offered and you use My Apartment Locator as your locator, you are still intitled to them. My Apartment Locator will notify you of all incentives before you go look at the apartments.

Q: Do I get a free move if I use My Apartment Locator?
A: We offer huge rebates to anyone that uses our services. Remember to place our company name on the guest card, lease application, and lease agreement.

We do not like our services tarnished by the actions of another company. So we choose to let the client choose the moving company, pay for it, and we issue the largest rebate in the industry to our clients after their move.
